There are no other roads for any of my destinations! They might as well have said, Surrender Boudothy!
So a person may as well make a little batch of quick tea cookies, each with its own half walnut.
Cup of tea, two cookies, the rest of All Creatures.
It's ok.
Sounds like a pleasant evening as long as you don't have to go out.

ReplyDeleteI made a huge trip, all the way to the CVS, just testing. Another brief deluge on the way, requiring me to remember how to work the wipers..so I'm developing my radius. Maybe tomorrow I'll get to the library, on those roads I showed you, probably damaged by now, maybe partly washed away.
DeleteThere's nothing better that a cup of tea in times of stress. I saw pictures of N.J., where I lived in youth, and it looked pretty bad. Stay safe.
ReplyDeleteCookies are the best thing for so many reasons. Sez I, who is trying very hard to not remember that there are some in the freezer that taste even better in the frozen state. Sigh.
