Canned goods, stocking up. I make a very simple stew with a can of diced tomatoes, can of cannellini beans or chickpeas and spices, good too. Potatoes for another soup maybe, with chard, and chicken chunks in the freezer.
Yogurt for desserts with berries, and other meals, brown rice to go with tofu stirfry, coffee in case I run out (!) and Tony's because the rainy weather is tough on Helen Hip.
