This morning was a good time to pick a few flowers, Russian sage, blackeyed Susan, chrysanthemums, one daisy.
Tiny bouquet pleases me.
And here's a reflection of Boud in pajamas taking pictures of the newly arranged flowers.
Then Doll Two suggested she do a stroll through the Dollivers collection and see if anything works. Just trying on at this stage, she being much smaller. Testing her style.
I think she's up for a jaunty beret and little sparkly dress. Custom made. And I can reach back to miniature making days to create a little glass.
Yes, I'd say she's placing herself in the 20s. The 1920s, that is.
Yes! I think she's a fancy girl! She looks a bit discomfited in the baby outfit.
ReplyDeleteOn a Dolliver it's a hugmetight, a ballet style jacket. She didn't like most of the knitted clothes. Not her style, I think.
DeleteI agree, I can see her as a 20's lady! I think she may have high class taste!
ReplyDeleteYeah, not as country as the Dollivers.
DeleteI'll swear her expression changes with each tryout
ReplyDeleteYou should have heard her comments. When the beaded hat and little black strapless came out it was all now that's more like it! The (real) silver pendant, originally an earring, went over well.
DeleteI don't know. she seemed to be most pleased with the hat, black dress and her fancy bauble.
ReplyDeleteYep, as I thought, too
DeleteBeautiful bouquet
ReplyDeleteShe looks happier to me in the black dress.
She still has a glint in her eye...
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the fashion show. You always make me smile, Boud.
ReplyDeleteThank you. We aim to please!
DeleteOh yes - the beaded black dress and hat are THE ones! Even her facial expression changed when she modeled that outfit.
ReplyDeleteShe looks quite triumphant now.
DeleteShe also looks a bit fussy around the edges, i.e., if something doesn't suit, you'll know about it. Love the dimples
ReplyDeleteThe dimples are deceptive.
