a little bit of sunshine on another scary day. Got up at 6 thinking I'd beat out the crowds at the Shop Rite in Hightstown. Boy, was I wrong. Parking lot packed, lines of 25 carts ahead. Chicken completely sold out, etc, etc, etc. At some point in time, peoples' homes will have to be packed up to the hilt and the shortages will ebb, I hope. No sanitizer for carts left, but I had my nitrile gloves. We are living in a sci-fi novel. Anonymous olga
ReplyDeleteYes to all this. My son works there, and I'm very concerned. He is careful, and very fit, but you know..
DeleteVery glad you managed to comment, yay you!
So pretty...
ReplyDeleteIt's opposite my sofa, cheering note.

ReplyDeleteIt doesn't take much to cheer, does it? Glad to post it.
DeleteIt is nice to have a bit of spring indoors!
ReplyDeleteI'm specially pleased with this one, because I didn't expect a second season. I had a chat with her this morning while the kettle boiled.
DeleteFeels like a daffodil day, the sun is so bright.
ReplyDeleteThe sun is such a lift for your spirits, isn't it?
DeleteSpring in a small space - looks great. Sunny here today so lulled into a false sense of warmth. Outside...not so much.
ReplyDeleteWe've had days like that, felt through glass, the sun's lovely. Then you go out and there's wind.
DeleteVery bright and cheery - very pretty.
ReplyDeleteYes, I always love a touch of yellow.
