Just a wander round the houseplants, to look at design and pattern.
Notice how many of these are used by fabric designers. And see if you can name the plants, all pretty common houseplants. Just fun. No prizes. Other than a smug badge.

ReplyDeleteYou have lovely plants! I'm not great with plant names but I'm pretty sure I saw a philodendron, spider plant and maybe a begonia? I recognize others but don't remember the names. They are all good company!
ReplyDeleteRight on all counts. The philodendron got in twice somehow. Two kinds of begonias, Angel wing and another, spider plant yes. Also garlic scapes, ginger and various other friends.
DeleteWe have many of the same plants. I can see that you, like me, love begonias.
ReplyDeleteMost of my plants started as cuttings or larceny. The begonias are very obliging that way. I've started plants for a couple of neighbors from mine.
DeleteI recognized the garlic scapes!

Plant larceny, what will this world come to! The plant police will be a'knockin' anytime now. I'm sadly lacking when it comes to plant identification but I recognized spider plant and begonia.
