Happy day, progress

Friday day was a great PT session, during which I got clearance to walk with or without cane or walker, however I wanted, to do stairs alone if I feel up to it, and to sit outside, since my patio chairs will be okay.

It's largely up to how I feel.

So I hotfooted it outside because it was warm and not buggy, and watched the sky, the birds and Billy the Pup.

Friday morning I roasted chicken cubes for sandwiches, and this, with spinach and trail mix, was lunch.

Complete with C's handmade card, to dress up the tray. Usual complement of pills at every turn.

Friday plans to sleep upstairs in an actual bed, the excitement!

Happy day everyone, doesn't take much to thrill me!

  14. Yeah for the great progress, Boud, and how wonderful to be able to spend time outdoors and best of all to sleep in your own bed😉 Thank you for the comment about my current knee issue and hopefully will know more after the ortho visit. As I noted in my post, there are so many more folks in more pain and discomfort than myself.

  18. Another great report, Boud! Several restrictions lifted!!! Patio time!!! A freshly prepared lunch!!! Glad you chose to spend another night on the couch after all the day's excitement. You'll soon be ready to tackle the stairs after a full day. Hope you have a restful day planned for today. How is your pain now?

    1. Yes, I need to be ready for upstairs. Maybe this evening. The pain is manageable. The walking and exercises help a lot, and sleep, which I got plenty of today. Thank you for checking!
