Sun tea cooking
I only have loose tea, so I improvised a teabag with cheesecloth.
Afternoon tea will be iced today. Splash of lemon juice, chunks of fresh lemon. NO sugar, can't drink tea with it.
I prefer loose tea also though I make mine inside as a concentrate then dilute it with water - water in small saucepan - bring water to nearly boil - remove from heat - add in tea leaves (1 tsp/cup) - let steep - drain - add water to dilute.
That tea will be perfect!
ReplyDeleteMmmmm - ice tea is the best in the summer time. Well....iced coffee is pretty good too!!!
