Happy New Year, and all it entails
Happy day, white rabbits, hoping for the best, and planning -- you know the rest .
Hahahaha, the dog's resolutions! But I don't know -- is it wise to follow a meme that says "fart without shame" with another meme that says "breathe"? Happy New Year, Boud!
My screen name honors my little fierce cat, Boudicca, who was named after the little fierce queen! We really should be paying you residuals on that picture. It serves us well. But I do credit you, so there's that.
White rabbits and Happy New Year, Boud! It will be an interesting one, for sure. May we notice all the good things that happen, as well as prepare for the others.
We had a little cat we called Boadicea. Our vet used to refer to her as Boudicca, as that became the accepted name for the Queen of the Iceni. Living life like a dog - or a cat - would be simpler. Happy 2025!
Please read the comments before yours and see if your question is already answered! I've reluctantly deleted the anonymous option, because it was being abused.
I like forgetting what I was doing and napping instead, and picking fights with shoes and pillows. I’m set.
ReplyDeleteThere's a few things on that list that seem to come naturally here, too! Happy New Year!

ReplyDeleteWell, there's strategy involved! Happy New Year, Debra
DeleteAfter all of this time, it just occurred to me yesterday that you might have named yourself after Queen Boudicca.
ReplyDeleteIt was nice to see my candle photo up there greeting the New Year.

DeleteThe honour is mine. It pleases to see it pop up every so often.
DeleteHappy 2025! I think we would all do well to abide by #12.
ReplyDeleteI like quite a few of the dog ideas! Happy New Year!
DeleteHoping for the best indeed. And breathing!
ReplyDeleteBreathing is good.
DeleteI'm all in on the dog resolutions!
ReplyDeleteThey beat the self improvement ones, paws down.
DeleteNo. 9 made me laugh! I never made the "Boudicca" connection either -- so thanks to Anvilcloud for pointing it out!
ReplyDeleteI have a great Boud name story which I recounted years before a lot of current readers showed up. Maybe I'll tell it again.
Delete#9 is vital!!
Excellent in every way. Happy New Year, Boud!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Jeanie!
DeleteI might just take that advice from the dog lol
ReplyDeleteHappy new year.
Happy New Year, Angela!

That's a good outlook, to notice the good things. Because there will be good things.

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind being one of the pets I've tended, come to think of it.
DeleteOh dear. Am I now the one in YOUR spam jail?
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing in spam. You may be in the ether!
DeleteI can manage most of those except the not being scared of telephones and people.
ReplyDeleteTelephones are my scary thing, people not so much. Except when they're on the phone to me
